The R.G. Morrison features the rootsy, gutsy, lo-fi songs of Rupert Morrison. Their second album “Farewell, My Lovely” was recorded in a remote house in Devon with no central heating and percussion comes from a battered old suitcase. The CD sleeve was hand painted and hand packed by the band in their native Devon and has received 4 star reviews form Uncut, Mojo, Q and Sunday Times.
“Tremendous. From Pastoral Folk to alt. country wig out… an exquisite lament which neither Slaid Cleaves not Richard Thompson would disdain” 4 Stars UNCUT
